Overview
 Are you passionate about youth justice? Our certificate programme is designed for learners who wish to expand their knowledge in this area. It allows learners to identify the definitions of youth justice and examine its philosophical underpinnings in Ireland.
Participants will also learn the practical application of policy and legislation in the youth justice system with particular focus on the issues facing young people who have been cautioned, sentenced or who are on remand.
This programme is a module from our MA in Child, Youth and Family Studies and offered as a standalone certificate for students who are interested in gaining a recognised qualification in this discipline area.

Entry Requirements
All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the programme.
